Not quite right? If you’re looking to make a return, breathe easy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your products.

RETURN RESTRICTIONS

Items were received in the last 30 days.
Returns cannot be processed without contacting us.
Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
Shipping fees or return/ exchange fee (if any) go to us.
Returns cannot be processed if any of the items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missing.
After the supporters gave you the return label please send us the product to the designated address given on top of this page.


RETURN PROCESS


Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by sending an e-mail to [email protected]dragonchipstore.com within 30 days after the day package received. In the email please include your order number found on your packing or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. Besides, there is a must of a picture of the product with errors that you found, errors listed such as below:

Items damaged which is caused by delivery: torn, dirty, etc.
Items wrong against order.
Items defective: wrong size, color, etc.
Other issues caused by our store.
THEN FOLLOW THIS STEPS:

After receive your return request we will inspect the errors eligible and get back to you soon to help you return your products with no cost of shipping.

Please then well pack your item(s) with the original packages and go to the nearest USPS then send the package to our address(we will give you the address).

Make sure you have it done carefully with correct information and RETURN LABEL.

IF YOU REQUESTED AN EXCHANGE

We’ll make sure to send you the replace item as soon as we receive your return package.

IF YOU REQUESTED FOR A REFUND – REFUND PROCEDURE

Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing or your Paypal account processing time it could take 7-21 business days to have your refund issued and for your account to be accredited.
